Terms of Sale

Last updated 2026-10-03

These terms cover buying reconYa and an update renewal on reconya.com. Using the app itself is covered by the End User License Agreement.

Who we are

reconYa is made by Dyneteq (Chris Veleris), Greece. Contact details are on the contact page.

Who you buy from

Orders are processed by Polar Software Inc., our reseller and merchant of record. Polar takes the payment, charges the right sales tax or VAT for your country, issues your invoice and emails your licence key. Polar's own buyer terms apply to the payment itself.

Prices

Prices are in euros or US dollars (checkout shows the one for your country) and include sales tax or VAT where it applies, so the price you see is the price you pay. The total is shown again before you confirm. A licence is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: nothing renews or charges you again.

What you get

Trial first

Every feature is free for 14 days before you buy, so you can check reconYa against your own network and computer first.

Refunds and your right of withdrawal

A licence key is digital content delivered immediately. By completing checkout you ask for immediate delivery, which under EU law ends the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the key is delivered. We offer more than that anyway: a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy.

Acceptable use

Use reconYa only on networks you own or are authorized to administer. Licences may not be shared or resold.

Liability

The warranty and liability terms are in the EULA. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.

Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence still applies. Questions or complaints: info@dyneteq.com.
