If reconYa does not work for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you get your money back, no questions asked. The same applies to update renewals.
Email info@dyneteq.com with the email address you bought with, or use the link in your receipt from Polar. Refunds are issued by Polar to the original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
A refund revokes the licence key. The app returns to its locked state on the next licence check; your scan data stays on your computer.
